Shipment/Delivery
| As a customer, you have the option to choose the shipping option that works best for you. We provide courier delivery service. For courier delivery service, the cost depends on your selected shipping option and the destination.
1. Courier Delivery
1.1 Local Delivery Service
· The products will be delivered by the registration service within 7 days after our email confirmation, to the destination provided by customer.
· Each order will be delivered to ONE destination only.
· If the delivery is failed, an email notification will be sent to customer, and request the NEW postal address to resend the products (the customer may have to pay for the extra cost incurred).
· We reserve the right to handle the products by our discretion and will not be responsible for any loss it might incur to the customer.
· The delivery service will not be provided if the postal address is a Post Box or Post Office.

1.2 International Delivery Service
· We also provide non-local delivery service. For the countries at service and the delivery charge, please refer to the shopping cart while placing order. The charges vary from different products and quantities.
· Under normal situation, the products will be delivered by Air Mail or EMS (Speedpost) within 14 working days after our email confirmation, to the destination provided by customer.
· EMS (Speedpost), the international courier service of Hongkong Post, is renowned for its reliability and efficiency in delivering documents, samples and merchandise to over 210 destinations worldwide with the most extensive network coverage in China. Next day delivery of items sent to specified major destinations round the globe is guaranteed, giving you extra peace of mind. If customers who want to use " EMS (Speedpost)", please choice "the country which have EMS" for the shipping way.

· If customers who want to use "Air Mail", please choice "the country which have Air Mail" for the shipping way.

2. Change of Delivery Method
2.1 If you have any questions on the courier or the delivery charges, please call us or e-mail to order@honigdoll.com for enquiry.
2.2 Once the order is dispatched to the courier, we cannot accept any request for the change of delivery method, including change of other courier company.
3. Damaged Products Exchange / Refund
3.1 If there is any damage when the product delivered, please contact us by calling 852-67262549 or e-mail to order@honigdoll.com for enquiry immediately.
3.2 Customer should return the damaged products and delivery invoice to us for investigation, in order to process the redemption or refund.
3.3 All products can be exchanged once only. After checked the returned damaged products and certifications, our company reserves the right to reject the exchange or refund request.
3.4 Please be reminded that we will not be responsible for any damage or lost of products occurred by postal failure.
4. Remarks
4.1 All items are available until stock lasts. No prior notice will be post for any out-of-stock products.
4.2 We reserve the rights to change the product information and price, delivery charge and shopping terms and conditions anytime without prior notice.
4.3 We reserve the right to make all final decisions if any dispute arises.
